The pricing for Milestone is based on which day of the week you book us. With Monday through Thursday being the least expensive time. Sunday and Fridays come next. And Saturday is the prime time for booking. Below you'll find a breakdown of everything.

You are allowed to bring your own food and alcohol vendors.
Security Deposits
Your security deposit will be cashed and held. After your event it will be returned in the same manner you made it. If you paid with a check, your check will be cashed and you'll receive a check back from Milestone. If you paid through PayPal, we'll transfer the deposit back to you after event, minus any damages.
Food and Drink
You are responsible for providing the food, drink or alcohol. It's also your responsibility to enforce a strict legal drinking age of 21 at your event.

Weekday - $100
Friday, Sunday, Saturday AM - $150
