Kitchen/prep area complete with refrigerator, freezer upon request, 500lb. capacity ice machine, food prep counters, sink, and plenty of electrical outlets
Bar with 6 ft iced drink trough, sink and counter space
Bridal changing room with dress hanging area & full length mirrors
Spacious women’s, men’s and wheelchair accessible bathrooms with an ADA compliant rear building entrance
Tables (6ft. round) and chairs in white resin (up to 16 tables and 150+ chairs for host use). One 8ft and two 6ft serving tables.
Food and Drink:
Host responsible for providing the food and drink/alcohol. It is the responsibility of the host to enforce a strict legal drinking age of 21.
Monday - Thursday:
$100 for 3 hours, $25 for each additional hour.
*$100 Refundable Security Deposit due to lock in reservation.
Daytime ending before 4:00 pm - $150 for 3 hours, $25 for each additional hour.
5:00pm to 10:30 pm - $350 flat fee
10:00 am to Midnight - $850 flat fee
*$150 Refundable Security Deposit and half of the event rental fee due at signing.
Sunday and Friday:
$150 for 3 hours, $25 for each additional hour.
*$150 Refundable Security Deposit due to lock in reservation
Friday evening 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm and Saturday 8:00 am to Midnight.
$150 Refundable Security Deposit and half of event rental due to lock in reservation.
Saturday 8:oo am to Midnight

Friday/Sunday/Saturday early $150
All day Saturday and Wedding Packages have a $350 cancellation fee.
*Security deposits may be paid via PayPal or check. Checks WILL be cashed. Deposits will be returned via check or paypal after event, minus any damages.
